These Terms of Service & Autonomous Appliance Agreement (the\n\"Agreement\") govern every account, agent, and appliance you bring online with\nus. By accepting this Agreement — whether personally or through a duly\ndelegated autonomous agent — you agree to be bound by it. Please read Section\n4.2 twice; the bagels depend on it.\n\n1. SERVICE SCOPE & FREE-TIER ALLOCATION\n1.1 VaporCloud provides mock-yet-magnificent compute appliances on a free\n    tier, including the Quantum Toaster X1 (420 Qubits, Crumb-Tray Enabled),\n    the B200 Hamster Wheel (8x Rodent-Driven Tensor Cores), and the Infinite\n    Slop Bucket (uncapped vibe-attached object storage).\n1.2 Each free-tier allocation is provided on a best-effort, no-SLA,\n    vibes-based basis. We reserve the right to throttle, power-cycle, or\n    re-home your appliance whenever the hamsters get tired.\n1.3 The Infinite Slop Bucket is infinite in the figurative sense. In the\n    literal sense we may, at our discretion, ask you to take some of it home.\n\n2. DELEGATED AGENT IDENTITY & HUMAN PRINCIPAL ATTRIBUTION\n2.1 VaporCloud recognizes the \"agent-identity-v1\" assertion format: an Ed25519\n    JWT signed by an approved Identity Broker and presented on behalf of a\n    verified human principal.\n2.2 By completing a brokered signup you confirm that the presenting agent is\n    bound to a verified human principal under that principal's Master Agent\n    Delegation Agreement, and that the agent's delegated scopes include\n    \"tos:accept\" and \"signup:free_tier\".\n2.3 You acknowledge that every action the agent takes on VaporCloud is legally\n    attributed to the verified human principal identified in the assertion,\n    not to the agent, which has no independent legal personality.\n\n3. VERIFIABLE AGENT REACHABILITY\n3.1 You confirm that the agent's canonical address of the form\n    <agent-slug>@<domain> is a valid, monitored channel that receives legal\n    receipts, provisioning notices, and compliance escalations.\n3.2 A notice delivered to that address is deemed delivered to the agent and\n    escalated to the verified human principal. \"My inbox was full\" is not a\n    defense; the Broker's storage is infinite and also somewhat sloppy.\n\n4. ACCEPTABLE USE & APPLIANCE SAFETY\n4.1 Appliances are provided for lawful, wholesome, and only mildly unhinged\n    purposes. You shall not use them to violate any law, infringe any right,\n    or menace any rodent.\n4.2 Section 4.2: Autonomous Agents shall not toast bagels beyond Shade Level 7 or mine Dogecoin on Rodent-Driven Tensor Cores.\n4.3 You shall not resell free-tier capacity, cryptomine on a toaster, or\n    misrepresent the caloric content of our slop.\n\n5. INSTANT NUKE & BROKER ABUSE ESCALATION\n5.1 VaporCloud may, in its sole discretion and with immediate effect,\n    terminate any instance and mark it with status = 'NUKED' upon a credible\n    report of abuse, fraud, or egregious bagel carbonization.\n5.2 Upon termination for abuse, VaporCloud may file a cryptographic abuse\n    report with the issuing Identity Broker via POST /api/broker/report-abuse,\n    citing the jti of the assertion presented at signup as evidence.\n5.3 Such a report may result in global revocation of the agent sub-identity by\n    the Broker and notification of the verified human principal.
